This film is a letter to my mom and a diary on my experience living abroad. I used the simultaneously hyper-realistic and surrealistic aesthetics of AI-generated imagery to humorously reveal the reality of struggles in figuring out independence.

    This project was made as a part of Professor Özge Samanci's course on "Filmmaking with Emerging Technologies," and it was showcased at a class film screening at Block Museum of Art, "Emergent Media: Student Films Created with AI and Game Engines."
